These terms apply to your use of this website and purchases from Tailwren ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We try to display products accurately, but colours can vary between screens. Dimensions and capacities are manufacturer specifications.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See our Shipping & Returns policy. Shipping is free on most orders of A$49 or more. Bulky items may ship by freight. The shipping cost for every order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
