Tailwren is an Australian online store based in Sydney. We bring together homewares, kitchen and dining pieces, bags, clothing, kids' and pet products, most of them from independent Australian brands, plus a small range of our own pet beds and feeders.
How we choose
Every product earns its place by being genuinely useful or genuinely well made. We'd rather list fewer things we can describe honestly than pad the shelves.
Australian brand partners
Most of our range comes from independent Australian brands. Those orders are packed and sent straight from the brand, here in Australia, with tracking. You'll find them all under Australian brands.
What you can expect
- Clear, honest product pages. Real specifications, real sizes and no fake countdown timers.
- Free shipping on most orders over A$49. Bulky items such as furniture and 4WD parts may ship by freight, and any shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Easy returns. 14-day change-of-mind returns on unused items, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.
- Real help. Questions go to a real person, who replies within 1–2 business days.
